Yellowstone Art Trail's 5th Year, All Time High!
Well the fifth Yellowstone Art Trail that was held Friday and Saturday, September 7th & 8th, 2018 is in the books! According to our artists it was one of the best shows ever and the most people attending to date! That is in thanks to all our wonderful, talented artists, our sponsors who helped us get the word out and the amazing weather that we experienced both Friday and Saturday.
Many people liked that we had fewer stops this year; nine locations, which made it easier to stop and see all the artists on the art trail. The new neon yellow signs dotting the trail were also a big hit, locations were easier to find.
We had many compliments on the quality and uniqueness of the art work, the friendly people and the great food that could be found at our participating restaurant sponsors.
On Saturday of the art trail, from 12:30-3:30, the Nazareth Studio was hopping with several hands-on workshops, demos for adults and kids plus face painting for the kiddos. Many people took in these FREE activities! Artist, Donna Thiess from Paint Me First Professional Painting did a wonderful job transforming the little children into beautiful butterflies, princesses, fairies, monsters and MORE! (Check out our facebook page).
So thank you to all who came out for an eventful, fun filled two days experiencing the incredible art in this area, the beautiful weather and scenery, great food and all around good time! The days of the art trail for next year are FRIDAY & SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th and 7th, 2019. Mark them on your calendars early!
